Hello!

thanks for this - I think all books (well non-fiction for sure) should be read with a discerning eye- truth from myths, what resonates for your lived experience and what doesn't - and what areas you want to develop a deeper domain knowledge (but not necessarily expertise or to spend you days working in)

For example with Habits you might

read Duhigg, and the Clear (Atomic Habits) and then go back to Stoicism, Essentialism, and then pop back to Seth Godin or David Allen. The point I think is to do what Naval Ravigant preaches - have the book (or blog post, or tweet) work for you - get out of it what you want and then move along!
