Wow Mateo. Love that. Thanks for sharing. I recently spoke to a small outfit that was purchased by a large one. They are one year in and they say that they have lost quite a lot of staff, and that their quality of work has gone down. This has obviously had some affect on the culture. That said, they also have loads of autonomy still and realise that a lot of this changes/issues are resting with the leadership (roles, responsibilities, division of labour etc — so will be interesting to see how year 2 goes in 2018.
